이태리맛집 베니스맛집 ITALY Restaurant Italian venice Restaurant finedining - Bistrot De Venise 는 1993년에 개점한 곳이다. 1999년 부터 베네토 식품 산업에 적용된 문화의 개념을 강화하는 와인과 요리등에 대한 연구활동을 하고 있는 음식점이다. 미슐랭부터 시작 다양핫 매체에 베니스의 가성비 좋은 레스토랑으로 정평이 나있다. 예로부터 이태리가면 어떤 음식이던 맛있다고들 하지만, 아니다. 맛있는 요리를 만드는 음식점의 음식만 맛있다. 이태리맛집 베니스맛집 ITALY Restaurant Italian venice Restaurant finedining Bistrot De Venise 에서는 몇개의 메뉴가 준비되어있다. 물론 와인페어링도. 함께 온 동생 진호와 함께 각 다른 메뉴를 주문했고 아주 진득하게  착 감기는 올리브오일과 과자같이 바삭바삭한 빵에서 이미 게임은 끝났다.

함께 찾은 진호와 함께 가볍게 에피타이저와 음료로 식사를 시작한다. 이태리맛집 베니스맛집 ITALY Restaurant Italian venice Restaurant finedining Bistrot De Venise는 세인트 마크 광장 (Saint Marks Square) 인근의 베네치아 심장부에 있는 전통적인 14 세기 및 15 세기 지방 요리를 기반으로, 전통적인 베네치아 요리를 제공하는 베니스 중심의 레스토랑, 와인 바이다.이 곳의 모든 요리는 셰프 Ivano Frezza 와 그의 팀이 준비하고 있다. 소고기카르파쵸는 우리가 주문한 와인과 잘 어울렸고 그래서 시작부터 즐거웠다.


본격적으로 이어지는 식사들.

reinterpretation of a great classic dish of venetian cuisine.
spaghetti with cuttlefish, venetian style 
homemade tagliolini with tuna's amatriciana .
turbot, eggplant, tomato, essence of parmrsan cheese&basil 
old fashioned duck "sauce pevarada" with wild apple&red onion pudding (recipe bartolomeo scappi, 16th century chef)

마무리로 디저트까지 참 즐거웠다.
